We’re here to help you get the most out of your AppGlut plugins! We currently provide support in English only, so please write your support requests clearly in English. Support is available to customers with active plugin licenses. Both paid and free plugin users can get help from our team.
How to Get Support
We provide support exclusively through our official support ticket system, not by phone, social media, or other channels. Before submitting a ticket, please check the documentation for the relevant plugin. Our documentation covers installation, setup, and common questions, which may help you resolve your issue quickly.
Our support hours are Saturday through Thursday, 6 AM to 10 PM (GMT+6). We aim to respond to your initial support request as soon as possible, typically within 24 business hours, excluding holidays. Response times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, and we appreciate your patience.
What We Help With
We assist with issues related to AppGlut plugins, including installation guidance, configuration help, functionality questions not covered in the documentation, bugs that prevent plugins from working as described, usage guidance, and known issues. We’re committed to ensuring our plugins work as intended.
However, we don’t provide custom development services or support for third-party modifications to our plugins. We also can’t troubleshoot conflicts caused by other plugins, although we can fix issues on our plugin’s side. If you contact us before purchasing, we’re happy to test compatibility issues where possible.
Bug Fixes and Updates
When bugs are reported, we’ll investigate them and, where appropriate, work on fixes and release updates. You may be notified through our support system when fixes become available. For customizations beyond our plugins’ standard features, please contact us to discuss custom development options.
